About Curvy Kate
Extended Christmas Returns: Orders placed from 1st November 2016 can be returned up until 31st January 2017.
We’re happy for you to return your items or exchange them for a different size or product. It’s quick and easy but just ask if you need any help!
All exchanged items will be delivered back to you free of charge!
- Please make sure all garments are unworn with their original tags.
- Please complete the enclosed returns form with the items you wish to return and the reason.
- Please make sure you pay the correct postage fee before sending items back to:

All UK orders include a Free Returns label
- Please retain proof of postage when sending back your order.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- All garments must be returned unworn with tags attached.
- Items marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Coupon codes can only be applied to original orders and not exchange items. The exception to this would be on any like-for-like items when a coupon code was applied to the original order.
- A full refund, including delivery, can only be provided if the items are faulty or if the order has been cancelled (by telephone or written request) within 14 days.
- Please note that any faulty item will only be accepted within 6 months from the date of purchase.
