Terms and Conditions
Curvy Kate Ltd supply all Curvy Kate and Showgirl products worldwide, either direct to retailers or via our Agents/Distributors. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with us and cannot be varied by any written order placed by the customer. Any amendments must be agreed in writing between the parties.
Placing Orders
- Curvy Kate Ltd supply registered companies only. You will be required to provide us with your company details for approval before we can set up your account.
- A minimum initial order of £1000 on Pro Forma basis is required to open an account.
- Availability of stock cannot be guaranteed until invoice is raised.
- Pro Forma Invoice will be raised including delivery cost and must be paid in advance. Garments will be shipped the following working day after the payment cleared.
- Credit is not available unless agreed otherwise.
- All products supplied remain property of Curvy Kate Ltd until full payment is received.
Damages / Returns
- Claims for damage and shortages in delivered boxes must be notified in writing to Curvy Kate and to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Damaged parcels must be signed for as “damaged”.
- Claims for damage and shortages in garments must be notified in writing to Curvy Kate within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
- Returns can only be made for faulty products or if wrong item was sent. We cannot accept returns without prior authorisation.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once your payment has been made.
