This is what Superheroes should really look like…

I’m sure you’ve all seen them, the big gleaming adverts for the next big thing in the world of Superheroes and Cinema, yes that’s right, Wonder Woman is coming to the big screen.

But this year’s big blockbuster brought something to our attention….Where is the Diversity?

From looking at the above image, not only is Wonder Woman typically ‘beautiful’ but she is also slim, tall, and has long legs, but what about the girls with shorter legs, or the curvier women? What about women with small boobs or even really big boobs? Don’t we all deserve to have a superhero to look up to? When looking at mainstream female superheroes, it’s doesn’t seem like we do.

So that got us thinking. When we look at the words above – WONDER. POWER. COURAGE. What do we see? Who do we imagine? Well for us, it’s not just one type of woman, it’s Every Woman. So here are our new Superheroes below…

Super Girl

Super Girl is one hot mama, proudly rocking her new curves in her Ellace Bra and Briefs – Wear those tiger stripes with pride girl.

Bat Girl

Bat girl doesn’t let anything hold her back, she’s a fighter and is looking mighty fine in our Victory Set…

Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman just got curvy, she’s now sporting a fuller, more curvaceous figure and we think she looks awesome in our Princess Set.

Cat Woman

She may only be petite but Cat Woman packs a punch. She’s unleashing her wild side with our faux leather Unleash Set.

Lastly Storm, she’s strong and courageous and she definitely looks it in our Smoothie Wild Black set.

So there you have it, 5 superheroes to help break the stereotypes. We know there are thousands more women we could include but we just wanted to show that us girls want some representation. Our true Superheroes are the mothers, the daughters, the sisters, the best friends. The tall and the short, the fat and the thin, the able-bodied and the disabled, and every ethnicity across the globe. They are the women who have faced adversity and come out of the other side, the women who were told they wouldn’t succeed but did anyway and the women who see their bodies as beautiful no matter how many times society tells them it is not. These are the real-life superheroes so let’s celebrate them.

So, what do you think of our Superheroes? Who else would you like to be seen in superhero form? Why not tell us about one of your friends or family members who’s a Superhero to you, and if we like your story you could win a set! Let us know on Twitter by using the hashtag #CKSuperHeroes.

Big Love x
