Where is my order?
We work our socks off to get your order sent out by the next working day. If for some reason there’s a problem though, we’ll let you know by email or phone.
Why not click the link below and see your order status.
During busy periods, like sale, there might be a delay in processing your order.
We require 10 working days for UK orders and 20 days for international orders before an order is considered lost in the post as this is a Royal Mail requirement.
If your order has not arrived by this time, please contact our team for more information.
Royal Mail can only investigate within certain time frames, so any non-receipt issues must be reported within 45 days of the date of shipping. Unfortunately after this time we'd be unable to assist you.
