Exercise can and should be fun- it’s a great way to find community or meet new people and does wonders for your mental and physical health. Often we get limited by our creativity or nerves around trying something new or even our worries about keeping our busts in check whilst we sweat and sprint.

Ditching the gym membership

Introducing Everymove (and our below list of fun and fresh work out ideas and classes). Have all the worries and concerns quelled by our best-selling sports bra and let us do all the leg work in finding you a new way to move.

Barre

Inspired by the poise and grace of ballet with a little bit of disco music and some classic Pilates, Barre is all about strength training, sculpting and building muscle. The classes offer a space of acceptance and empowerment for women of all shapes and sizes, working with individuals’ strengths and experiences to make the experience work for you and your body.

Jumba

You’ve heard of Zumba, but Everymove gives you the ability to take on its trampoline based bestie. Low impact and easy for anyone from beginner to expert, Jumba is high energy and really gets the bloody pumping. Using the added benefits of small trampolines, Jumba incorporates dance and jumping for a workout that really delivers a burn. But all that bonce needs support from Everymove, the best sports bra for bigger boobs.

Themed Spin

Whilst Spin class is nothing new, themed ones are the best way to shake up to the everyday rides. From Taylor Swift to disco rides, these classes are a great pick me up, feeding the soul whilst working the body. This whole body work out will have you red-faced and beaming as you sing along to you favourite tunes with the help of dedicated and motivating instructors. Working to your ability and strengths, themed spin classes are beginner friendly too!

Pole and Burlesque

Turn up the heat a little and try and Pole or Burlesque class. With dedicated studios that offer an inclusive and encouraging space, these classes will help you embrace your body and raise your heart rate. With different classes dedicated to different levels of experience and ability, there’s a starting point suited to everyone. Take a friend or venture alone, the communities of dancers and instructors make for a positive and fulfilling atmosphere.

Run clubs

Splashed across Tiktok and seemingly the latest secret club everyone else is a part of, run clubs are the perfect community building sport, taking the drab and monotony out of a lonely 5K. Easy to find and suitable for even the most inexperienced runner, these hubs can even act as a secret dating pool. Or for something focused solely on friendship, try a female only group- just don't forget your Everymove.

Puppy Yoga

Whilst Hot Yoga may have been the latest craze last year, it’s now all about the Yoga classes and cute animals. Whilst Yoga might not feel like the highest energy of work outs, it still requires a supportive sports bra like Everymove- even more so when there’s a poppy crawling all over you or even some baby goats running around (baby goat yoga is a thing- we checked). Fun and full of giggles, the addition of small animals makes for a workout like no other, one that stretches and pushes your body with cuddles as a reward.
